SAVEOURSTUDIOS and the artists in Fort Point have done it again-- they "sodded" the sidewalk of the dilapidated Summer Street bridge over Fort Point Channel-- and i took some pictures

The city counts sidewalks as open space resulting in diminished park space . The greening of the Summer street bridge represents the meeting of the two definitions of open space: the city's sidewalk and the neighborhood's park.
