Turns out that our friend Romo bought the downtown Buffalo building once occupied by members of the indie/emo band Tugboat Annie. In fact, there is a song called "745" on their 1997 LP Wake Up and Disappear, that is supposedly about the famed Buffalo address: 745 Main Street. The lyrics are concerned with watching 4th of July fireworks on the roof, which has, I can tell you, a beautiful view.
