Typepad
I've re-upped my subscription to Typepad, mostly because I love the features. The photo album alone is worth the $11.96 a month.
Anyhow, one added bonus, is the ability to dole out discounts to deserving folks:

Hi,
If you still have any 20 % discounts, could you send one my way? I plan to join this week.
Besides a personal blog, I hope to use TypePad to do some research on ESL using blogs related to 1) writing, and 2) culture learning.
